Founded in 2001 by producer JP Tha Hustler and Insane Poetry frontman Andrew "Cyco" Holiman, GRE has been the home of west-coast, dark and aggressive hip-hop. In its first decade in existence, the label was anchored by one of horrorcore's pioneering artists, Insane Poetry. Production for the label has been provided by co-owner and artist, JP Tha Hustler, since its inception.
